DALLAS – Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price, who’s the subject of an FBI investigation, says he plans to seek another term in 2012.

Price has served since 1985. He told The Dallas Morning News, via e-mail Tuesday, that he will seek re-election even if he’s indicted.

FBI agents in late June raided Price’s home and office. He has not been charged and denies wrongdoing.

Price attorney Billy Ravkind says he knows nothing about a grand jury investigation and has advised his client not to talk to the media.

Two businessman, ex-Dallas Cowboy Pettis Norman and developer Jon Edmonds, told the newspaper that they received subpoenas in the Price inquiry and have been ordered to appear before a federal grand jury Wednesday. Both declined wrongdoing and refused to provide subpoena details.
